Hi,

I currently have a central heating radiator thats connected to two pipes coming out the floor (concrete floor in a bunglow)

My question is how can i bury these pipe into the wall behind it and have them come out of the wall for a wall mounted radiator, im looking to achieve a quality finish instead of having them come out from the floor all the way up to the new radiator we want to fix, can this be done?

Is it a simple method of cuttting into the wall behind and soldering some pipe into a sort of U shape?

More or less, yes. DO a search on burying pipes. Plenty here.
You have to allow them to move, keep cementy stuff away from them, and stop the wall surface overheating - plaster will come off.
Depending how thick the wall is, pipe insulation can be good, as can 10mm pipe.
