CERAMIC TILED FLAT ROOF

I have an apartment abroad with a ceramic tiled flat roof which needs regrouting. I want to user a flexible and hopefully waterproof grout which will stand up to high summer temperatures as the existing grout is just flaking away. The apt is in turkey so will need to buy something available on the B&Q equivalent KosTas store or similar. Any advice as to product to use or in general as I am a real amateur
