I am renovating an old property (Approx 300 years old). My present project is the bathroom in which I am creating a wet room area. This will involve tiling a sloping ceiling the construction of which is lat & plaster. Do I remove this and replace with something else?, fasten some thing to it prior to tiling ?, what about water proofing ? Any advice welcome
