CH but no hot water

This is the second time this has happened in my house. Last time it seemed to rectify itself but this time nothing seems to be happening.
In this weather its making my daughters having a bath a nightmare.

I get just about lukewarm water from my boiler despite it being on for about 3 hours. Whether run seperately or with the CH its the same.

The boiler is an ancient W Series Ideal Boiler (I think) from about 1907!

It has been fine for the past 18 months but because we moved in when the market decided to crash, money is at a premium.

Any idea's?

have you checked that the boiler stat isnt turning burner off ? could be faulty stat

Does the CH work ok? This indicates the boiler is producing heat as it should.

heating works great. Just the water that is bad.
