Soon I'll be pouring a floor slab for the kitchen extension. Reading around online there seems to be all sorts of advice regarding how to run CH pipes in the floor - is there a definitive way of doing it? I was planning on fitting a plastic pipe or suitable conduit wide enough for me to run 10mm copper (or maybe plastic) to the rad position across the room, embedded in the concrete (not doing a screed). Is that reasonable?

B run it above the insulation, don't put any elbows or tees in the concrete without provision for expansion,
