CH SYSTEM PROBLEMS

Hi,

I've got an issue with my CH system. Have got a constant build up of air in the upstairs rads. I remove them and a few days later its back again..... I changed the Heat Exchanger in my boiler 4 months ago as well as the servo valve. I also changed the domestic water section valve and applied silicone grease in the springed part.

Any ideas on what wrong with the system? Ps. I can hear water running through pipes sometimes and constantly feel that there's air in the system.

Also the boiler has become slightly louder when on and takes slightly longer to heat. Whats going on?
