Potterton Kingfisher M F 60 boiler, with an “OSO” Unvented Water heater.

A thermometer on the bathroom Rad (which is always open for balancing???) when the CH is on reads 110dgrs F.

This is boiling point.

Should it be like this?

The boiler temp. knob is turned a bit below the midle of its travel.

Thanx .....nick

if my rads were 110 degrees F i would be worried.....but not because they are too hot, because they would be too cold!! as stated 110 farenheit is only 43.3 degrees celcius which is just over half less than what i would expect radiators to be.

On a cold day a non condensing boiler could be supplying the radiators at 82 C.

43 C is way too cool for cold weather.

But today has been very nice and warm for January!

Tony

I would be worried if the fluid was boiling at 43 deg C.... Either a very high mountain has suddeny appeared under the house, or the rads are full of methyl iodide.
