Hi
I'm trying to replace the water throttle's on a comi 80 the old ones are stuck fast, do i need to take pressure off first, or are they just stbben?

i took both of mine out last week to clean them on my chaff 80,,,the dhw one you just isolate the valve below and unscrew but the c.h one on the right of it i had to drain the boiler first.
