Changing 4 switch plastic light to metal advice needed

I am assuming group 4 into groups of two and copy the triangular set up then linking the earth for the metal switch into the earth connectors any help or advice welcomed

Do one switch at a time. The switch plate must be earthed,as advised on your other thread.
 
As the reds are so easy to get confused, I would mark each red with a series of rings, with a permanent marker, 1 to 6. Then make a note of which number went where.
 
As the new switches appear to be click grid, you could take each switch off the grid and do them one by one them put them back onto the grid

In essence yes, if the wire lengths make it awkward you may retain the position layout
