I am hoping to remove a top vent in a kitchen window that opens into a conservatory. It is the only window in the kitchen and is never opened. The vent is above a direct glazed pane and I want to replace them both with a single glazed 24mm unit fitted into the existing framework. Would this be legal? Any input would be appreciated.
