could someone tell me how to replace a single flex light fixture with a spotlight bar. The wires in the ceiling are 3 yellow/green 3 brown and 3 blue with only 4 connections in the connection block and it's a 2 way light

You need to copy the existing connections.
Make a note of where each wire goes.

When you say 2 way light, do you mean the switching is 2 way? Or do you mean the new light fitting only has two connectors as opposed to the four connections the old ceiling rose has??? The live and neutral will go to the '2 way' connector block.
IF there is a blue wire on its own with a brown sleeve this should be L.
Remaining two blues should be N.

You need two additional connector blocks:
One for three browns only.
One for all earth wires.
