Presently there is an oil Rayburn cooker, semi-gravity setup, open vented.
I need to install a condensing oil boiler. How easy is it to install a System Oil Boiler and seal the whole of the central heating, I will check expansion vessel against system contents to see if size is ok.

1. remove CH F&E tank
2. Cut back both pipes to tank and cap off. Remove mains supply to tank.

Thanks

Are you disconnecting the Rayburn?

Your description of sealing the system is reasonable, but don't forget to remove the tank from the loft and correctly dispose of it
