I had a single storey rear extension built (with PP) about seven years ago. Now with full planning I have built a first floor extension over half of this existing rear extension.
The single storey rear extension has a fairly shallow pitch and so had some quite nasty looking interlocking concrete tiles.
I'd like to replace this remaining half of the rear extensions pitched tiled roof with a flat zinc roof. Would this require PP?
