Hey all,

I was just looking to query what you think the average price for the following job would be. I have had one guy quote £600 plus materials so far but it seems a bit steep especially considering they thought it would take 2 days.

I have 3 runs of central heating copper pipe that supply the radiators. The previous owners had these run external to the wall (I have no idea why). We are having the rooms done and want flush skirting so need to have the walls chased out and pipes redirected into the wall.

The lengths of piping are 2m, 1.5m and 1m.

Those in the trade would you think this would take you 2 days to complete? At first glance (admittedly not a plumber) I thought it was at most a single days work.
