I got a pair off Screwfix a couple of years ago, think they were called "lever" taps
they can't have been expensive
I was in our local hospital recently and noticed that virtually none of the staff used the taps as they should - with their elbows. They all used their hands to turn the tap on and offmedical elbow taps
I suspect they are relying on the antiseptic gels which most of them carry around on their belt or attached to the wall in each ward.
