just back off hoilday and last job was a CH install.
guys on the phone mon. am former aring cupboard full of water can you investigate..

sure enough floor of cupbaord wet under neath that is a fair puddle, pull s out plaster board lining to find a compression joints gone on his shower HW ( clearly not part of CH..)

he says my fault as water pressure is now greater on HW since i fitted new boiler..

my reply was shorter..

yeh, i'd even agreed with him and his wife that the water pressure was ok as one of his gripes before i started was that he wanted higher pressure out of the shower... as i recall the boiler was pumping out spot on or even a little under when i did the benchmark..

I was caught out with this last year.

Now every quote informs them they may have problems with taps,showers,rads,pipe-work leaks etc if a combi is installed.
