HAve to drill holes in the foundations to set rebar and resin in to connect the two foundations. What size holes are adequate for drilling to take 12mm rebar and resin.

Im thinking 16mm which gives 2mm either side of the rebar or should i go with thicker holes for more resin?

16mm is fine, but the holes will clog easily so you'll have to make sure they are clean.

YEs, will be cleaning out with the pump and brush then fill with resin the twist the rebar in. Was thinking maybe 14mm but would that not be to tight.
