My house outside walls are rendered and were painted about 10yrs ago.
They are now looking very dirty and I have been offered a chemical soft wash to clean it.
Are there any issues I should be wary of?
Are the chemicals likely to stain my mahogany PVC window frames?
Would just a simple jet wash be as effective?

Edit - For info its a pebbledash type render sealed with masonry paint.
