Hi. I’m looking for some advice on the removal of a chimney breast in a bathroom to put a sink it’s place.

The chimney breast has been removed a long time ago in the kitchen below but the breast in the bathroom isn’t supported, it’s just hanging out the wall.
I want to remove it without having to remove the stack and repair the roof etc as it’s a terraced house and the stack is shared.

The stack/breast in the loft is half the width of the breast you can see in the bathroom.

Any advice would be welcome. Thanks guys!
