Chimney flashing

Had the flashing replaced on my chimney by a trade and am worried it hasn't been done correctly. I've attached some photos. My main concerns are:

- The flashing doesn't cover the first roll of the tile.
- No overlap on flashing (can see under the tile)

Interested to hear what you guys think.

Type into Google - Chimney Apron. Obviously the person that attempted your job is not into welding lead. As for the mortar skills.......
 
Isn’t the cover flashing supposed to be from a single piece of lead. Do the soakers overlap and sit at 90 degrees all the way up, difficult to tell from pics
