I have two lime mortar cchimneys one shared one not.
Both of the chimneys are leaking badly when it rains water is running down the face of the chimneys in the loft and causing damage to the ceiling.
From what I can see from the ground the flashing looks good but the poiting is bad
What are the likely problems and how much would they cost to rectify (Lincolnshire rates)?
