Does anyone know the ideal hight for an air brick at the bottom of my redundant chimney??
It's an internal chimney that is completely sealed at the bottom and not capped (I think) at the top. I have a damp patch in my little girls bedroom and I'm planning on sorting out what I think is a birds nest that's causing it, then capping it and I want to put an air brick in the bottom.
So how high or low should I put it??
Many thanks
Steve
