My chimney is open at the moment, just has a board across the opening at the top of the harth to stop drafts and rain, will i need to get the flu checked and the chimney sweped before i install an open fire ( i know i can check that i have ebnough draw using a smoke bomb) and how much does this knd of thing cost?
