Chinese Electric Bidet

Hi, whilst oversea in Hong Kong recently, i used frequently an electronic bidet, which is basicaly a regular ceramic toilet bowl, with a heated integal 'bum' wash system.
I was so impressed I sent a couple back to UK for installation into my own home
however the one short coming is that the exit waste hole is underneath, and is only around 46cm diameter vertically.
this is a typical asian connection I am told, however any one got any suggestions as to how I connect it to a UK vertical soil pipe?
