Hi Guys,

Not sure of the best forum, but will try here and building. Anyone got any views on the better of the ceiling mounted vents for ducted extraction in a bathroom? There seem to be two popular options.

One is the grille type, i.e. lots of small holes and the other is a circle in a circle, where the inned section can be adjusted for flow.

The latter seems more visually appealing, but I cannot get my head around how a 100mm duct and fan througout then comes through a smaller ring of an opening. Does this simply mean increased air flow at this point?

Just after people thoughts.
