For a LPG cooker the kitchen needs (and has) a 100mm diameter pipe (no extract fan just passive ventilation) going through the kitchen exterior wall to vent to the outside through a large airbrick near the top of a 2.4m exterior wall. Would like to fit a LPG compliant extract hood/grille to stop insects getting in through the hole but the cowls I have seen (e.g. Tool station 100mm vent cowl hood: https://www.toolstation.com/airvent-round-ducting-cowled-outlet/pAB016) can't be used with gas appliances (the LPG gas would get trapped in the hood). Is there a hooded cowl I can use to screw over the Airbrick? Screwfix says this hood type is not suitable for gas appliances
