Depends if you drive a black Ford Granada or not...
Presuming it is a standard-fit item to your car (and therefore you have a black Ford Granada ), a breakers yard may have it. If it is looking corroded and rubbish you can have it stripped and rechromed. You could even try the parts counter at your local dealership (I knew someone who ordered parts for their 1983 Escort from a Ford dealer in 2000)
If it isn't standard fit and you want it to snaz up your motor, try an aftermarket parts retailer such as Ripspeed. They certainly used to sell chrome wheel-arch trims.
Also, the companies who advertise in the back of hot-rod and kustom magazines do that kind of thing.
