I would have thought so too, but comments on screwfix suggest they're M3.5

I know for sure that conduit round boxes (metal and plastic) are 4mm. But not certain on the dry line ones.
Ok. I’ve just had a look at the ones I have.
Dry line box needs 3.5mm screw. Conduit plastic and metal take 4mm.

BESA box probably a BA screw of some sort…

Besa box will be M4, imperial versions will be 2BA.
Switch/socket accessory box M3.5 or imperial versions 4BA.
I've never encountered round PB boxes so can't say from experience.
Use Klik roses.
