Sorry I dont know technical terms so its - Extending to the right from the white vertically aligned bottom feed inlet, I need the inlet control valve and mini ballcock assembly which is on the upper half of the picture. I replaced these myself 18mths ago and did nothing wrong but they have failed again Damn.. I didn't keep a note of the maker/model, but I think I can remember where the Plumbers were who supplied the part last time, but I still need to know which bits to ask for, can anyone help?
