Hi

We run a small family ltd business and build about 2 houses a year and only employ sub contractors. We pay the CITB around £3000 a year.

Question

Do we have to pay this and what does every one else pay.
(seems to be yet another tax for the small firm to me)

Welcome to Britain under Nu Labour. Even self employed subbies have to pay the CITB levy through their wages. Just another tax really nowt else.
