citreon relay 53 reg start problem

ive had this van now for sometime , but recently it wont start when i ask it to , weather it be morning or evening , so i bump it and it will start n start all day ,if left for more than 3 hrs , she wont start , it recently went into a citreon dealer GRRRRR they sed it had a wiring problem and they didnt have a diagram lmao ,in the end they said they changed the cant remember whats its called but it supposed to shoot a flame like jet to start the van but its not made any difference what so ever ,
can anyone help , i need it to start as im a courier u see

If its turning on the starter and wont fire up.

Its heater plugs or an air leak in the fuel system.

If it wont crank over on the starter, its a fault in the starter circuit.
