classes of equipment

i thought there was just 2 classes - 1 and 2, but after reading something it mentions different classes (0, 01 and 3). what are they?

afaict class 0 is single insulated unearthed (and i don't think its allowed anymore) and class 3 is for test equipment but i could be wrong.
