Clattering from taps

Both a cold and hot water tap on my downstairs bathroom sink "clatter" when they are turned on a certain amount. If they are turned on fully they are fine, but on slightly they clatter and bang, a kind of bouncing up and down. The noise is coming from the shaft/spindle underneath the handle.

I did not unpack/fit these myself so I don't know if they were installed properly.

Sometimes the jumpers(drawing pin shaped part which the washer is fixed to) are quite loose and rattle. A little ptfe tap can sometimes be wrapped around the pin part, though there often isn't room, in which case fill all the gaps with silicone grease. Vaseline would work for a while but it does dissolve.

Thanks. I took at all apart, but couldn't find a pin. Maybe these pictures would be of assistance.

If it helps, these taps are downstairs, and the cold is a direct feed from the mains and the hot direct from the combi boiler (no tanks anywhere). I have tried reducing the pressure via the isolating valves but to no avail.
