clay pipe size help required please

i`m putting down some driveway drainage but i`m not sure what size the clay pipe is, i`ve enclosed a pic and in the pick is some pvc pipe 110mm.
as you can see i`m restricted and cant use a trap. i was hoping to use a strap boss but that does`nt look feasable or maybe a clay saddle but its lookin like i`m gonna have to cut the pipe :( any help would be very much appreciated

Looks like a 4" pipe. Next size up would be 6", nothing smaller than 4".
 
If the pipe is a rainwater one.....then you can pretty much join it into the drive drain as you like .because you`re dealing with stormwater , not sewage........unless of course it`s a combined system, then treat as sewage pipe

all done now managed to fit a saddle on it ;) only just tho :) thanks for the replies fella`s ;) appreciated :)
