Clean driveway pressure wash?

The best thing to do is put down some weed killer and just pull out the weeds.

Don't do it in that order - either one, or the other. The weedkiller must be sprayed, then given time to work. It is absorbed by the leaves, and is taken down to the roots, to kill the lot. Spraying, then pulling them out, is just a complete waste of weedkiller.

I didn't mean spray the weeds and pull them out straight away!

I'm sure he would of read the instructions and it willof told him how long to leave it before removing the 'dead' weeds!

Make sure you fill the gaps between the blocks after cleaning. Most block paving jobs use free draining material such as 1-4mm Joint Aggregate . Kiln Dried Sand is rarely used now. Using Joint Aggregate over Kiln Dried Sand seems to be better in reducing weed establishment IMHO.

I do not doubt what you say, but the gaps in my blocks are only 1 to 2mm.

I've cleaned my driveway a few times with a pressure washer, and honestly, it does a really good job getting rid of all the built-up dirt and moss. The weeds are trickier, though, I usually spray them first, let the killer sit for a week or so, and then pressure wash it all away. Doing it in that order seems to keep things clean for longer, at least in my experience.

Pressure washed mine last week. Karcher from Toolstation and 1 large bag of kiln dried sand from Wickes. Total cost approx £150. Left it 2 days to dry out before sanding.
