Usual problem of basin waste pipe starting to look like my arteries probably do... 
I've cleaned the trap/bends as far as I can, but can't go further than where the pipe disappears into the floor.
So what is the best way to clear what is a right angle bend and then a 3m run to the stack outside?...
Would a chemical cleaner do this, and if so which one is best?
