cleaning gutters

I have a fringe of grass hanging down from a stretch of gutter, about 6m long.
I suspect the travelling roofers whom I was rude about when they power washed my neighbour's tiles, may have had something to do with it because it hasn't happened in decades.
It's a 2 storey house so the gutter is about 6m up. I've been quoted £200 to clear it which sounds a bit too much.
I'm probably too old to go up the ladder now. Amazon etc is full of special gadgets which are to be used from the ground, some attached to a power washer.
I need a new power washer anyway.
There's a downpipe at the end of the run so I could collect crud at the bottom.

Is there any particular one which anyone has found works well?

Although it's 6 m up you only need to be 4 up.
You got to dig it out really. Hire a scaffold tower or a scissor lift.
Once it's been cleaned properly like that then every year use a vacuum.
I have made my own from 32mm waste pipe and attach it to a Screwfix DIY vac

OP,
" a fringe of grass" typically suggests that grass is growing in the gutter.
As above, you will have to have it hand cleaned "dug out" of the gutter(s).
Using a ladder with stabilisers, and someone footing it will work.
Forget about any gadgets - & keep the crud away from the down pipe or its gulley.

Wetting it you could just turn it to mud making it more difficult to move .
When dry I clear mine with a leaf blower attached to waste pipe to achieve a swan neck to direct air flow.

Same here only with a DIY vac
I use solvent weld pipe as that is stiffer. And 2 45degree offset bends to create a U to get up and over and into the gutter. I use compression fittings so I can dismantle it.
I just do it once a year when it's been dry for a while. But you have to get up there and probably clean it for the first time by hand
