Cleaning red roof tiles

I have a canopy with red tiles and a section of my conservatory roof also has the same red tiles. They are about 11 years old now and have become rather discoloured and mouldy. Is there any products available I can use with maybe a broom and hose pipe or even a pressure washer to clean it and make it a bit more clean?
