What can I use to clean a wood surface down after sanding? I normally use a brush but it’s not always enough. If I run my fingers over the wood, there’s still a fine layer of sawdust.

I normally use a dusting brush attachment on my dust extractor (vacuum) and a dusting brush.

Compressed air is a better option but if you don't have a compressor you can use tack clothes

If I am sanding prior to applying primer I normally just use a dusting brush- I expect to sand the primer anyway. I only use the compressor and tack cloths when spraying.
