Hi, sorry, should that be AI?no one is getting the point of the question ........ but as far as i think its about eggs i guess coz what else could it be.............. if its about eggs so It’s really just marketing, white and brown eggs come from different breeds of hens but there is no real difference in taste or quality, so calling one “the new brown” is just a branding angle rather than anything actually changing about the eggs themselves.

But it hasn't got us lot.White eggs have a smaller carbon footprint because... they're smaller on average.
It takes less feed to produce one because they're selling you less egg, for the same price.
It's just shrinkflation dressed up with PR for the gullible.
