cloudy water

what could be the problem with a baxi 80e combi, depending on use through out the day, hot water is cloudy when flowing out off bath/basin/sink,also just now n again h/w is v.hot or just hot to have a wash . thanks in advance.

I thought it was air in the water.
My vaillant has just started to do this, but only when the taps aren't fully on.

fill a glass let it settle if its air it will clear in a minute
