CM907 telephone control

I am thinking of fitting a CM907 to replace a Honeywell T6620B Thermostat. I would like to be able to communicate with it by phone. Is this possible, and what interfaces are available in UK?

I don't think I can go to CM927 with wireless connection. My boiler is in an outside shed, and I doubt if a wireless signal from the hall would reach it reliably.

Usually it would!

Its not so much distance as obstruction attenuation!

The receiver could be fitted in the house and wired to the boiler.
