CO and Undiluted CO emissions

I was not there when he serviced the boiler so I can't say how long he took.

My main concern now is that I have a tenant who has a piece of paper stating High CO and CO2 under the fault area of a Landlords Certificate test.

these are the actual rates from BS7967

Back Boiler and Fire maximum allowed 0.02 co/co2

this is also known as the ACTION LEVEL , a level at which work is required.

Back Boiler only maximum allowed 0.008 co/co2

also known as action level.

anything above these readings after a full service is classed as immediately Dangerous as per the Gas Industry Unsafe Situations Procedure (4th Edition) , appliance failing to achieve a satisfactory combustion ratio.

The STANDARD is only issued for guidance and the manufacturers instruction must be referred to at all times and followed !

Send a copy to Corgi. They will probably instruct the operative to correct his error.
