Cockspur / Espag Handle

I literally pulled the handle out of the frame of my UPVC bathroom window! The spindle attached to the handle has come away from the base which is attached by screws to the window frame.

I think what ever was gripping the handle to the window has broken. Question do I just need a new handle?

Haven't got a clue!

Yes you need a new handle, is it a cockspur or espag though?
