new handles

My current UPVC cockspur window handles are starting to snap due to age mainly I think. Windows are 20 years old (According to the printing in the double glazed units).

As long as the stack height and screw centres match, can I fit any brand and style of cockspur handle? I have found an exact match to the current handles but they are hideous :

You can go for different stack height too, You would just have to change the wedges to suit
