Hi guys,
we have to redo our failed flat roof. Leaking from outside and also sweating like hell due to very poor ventilation.
We cant convert it to a warm roof.
We have existing EWI on abutment walls to the flat roof.
How do we detail the single ply membrane of the new flat roof to the EWI (Assuming a certain amount of ewi has to be stripped back to masonry) and maintain the minimum 50mm of space between OSB and insulation and allow venting on the abutment wall?
