Cold Radiator Puzzle!

Hi,

I live in a flat (ground floor) and have one cold radiator in the bedroom. Have traced the pipes from the boiler and its the farthest away. Its a new radiator, installed during the Summer so not needed until recently. Can anyone suggest why its not heating up?

Have tried bleeding and balancing (not sure I know how to balance correctly )

Turn all the other rads off.
This should then get warm.
You will have to balance your system, do a search on this forum
