Cold Under French Doors

It feels noticeably colder under my upvc french doors. Around the door there is a rubber seal on the outside and one on the inside. Apart from at the bottom there is only a rubber seal on the outside. It doesnt seem right to me as it lets the cold in.

Is this correct or have they missed a part when fitting the doors? What can I get to fix this?

Any chance of a couple of images of the door in the open position, especially a close up of the relationship between the bottom of the door and the frame?
