Combi 102 locked out

Hi all, wondering if anyone ould help us out. Our Combi 102 boiler just flashed up red locked-out. It had been making funny noises for a few days but we just put it down to it working harder with the central heating being used more lately but about an hour ago the locked out sign came on red.

We've switched it on and off to try and see if it would reset but it is still red/locked out with radiators rapidly getting cold.

Help on what the problem is and how we might be able to sort it please

the pressure's at o.5, not bled the radiators yet.
