Just thinking of having a combi boiler fitted after having boiler and large water heater. The existing boiler is linked to outside wall by two flues but I note that all combi boilers have just one flue. Can I purchase a combi with two flues and which is more beneficial. Thanks

A combi and most modern boilers have two flues in one.

The inner flue pipe takes the gases away. The outer flue pipe takes
fresh air in.

This is a safe system any failure of the exhaust pipe means gases are just
drawn back into the boiler and burner then thrown out again.
A much better system than two separate pipes.

It is possible to have a twin pipe flue for most combi boilers but haven't come
across the need for it EVER. There area always better solutions.
